From the vine to the glass, the main focus of Château La Castille is people. Every person in the team has an essential role, which enables us to develop and transform every year. Each vintage is unique, so it is important to get to know it, to develop it, in order to get the most out of it and to share the pleasure of savouring it with our customers.  

Our estate’s human-centric management approach is essential to build on our ambition of producing balanced wines that express all the aromatic potential of our terroir. Our soil is worked mechanically and manually with respect for the environment. The work in the vines is performed with care by hand (pruning, suckering, debudding) and the phytosanitary treatment is perfectly controlled as our vineyard has the highest level of HVE certification.
